Copyright in all articles published in Law & Society in Transition remains with the author or, where applicable, with the organisation employing the author, in accordance with the author’s terms of employment.

The journal has no objection to authors republishing or revising their articles for publication elsewhere. However, any republished or revised version must prominently acknowledge that the article, or an earlier version of it, was first published in Law & Society in Transition. The acknowledgement must also include the full publication details and the URL of the original article published in Law & Society in Transition.
